Implementing VAWA 2005 Forensic Compliance Mandates within Local Communities

We are hosting a series of free webinars, to provide training and technical assistance on the topic of forensic compliance.

Thank you to those who participated in our most recent webinar, entitled, “Medical Mandated Reporting for Sexual Assault.”  We hope you found the information helpful, and we would like to thank Kim Day and Teresa Scalzo again for sharing their valuable expertise.

  • Payment mechanisms for forensic exams conducted without a report to law enforcement
  • Forensic exams conducted with adolescent victims
  • Case tracking and evidence for non-reported incidents that convert to a standard report
  • Strategies for successful investigation and prosecution of converted cases
